Doug and Joe were very helpful in replacing my radio. They ensured that the new equipment fit my car perfectly and the features I was looking for were available in the radio options they offered. The work was done quickly and I am so happy with the additional features the new technology offers Would recommend and go back for additional work.

Awesome experience here! I paid a little bit more here than I would at Geek Squad for a subwoofer installation in my car, but it's so worth it! As soon as I walked in I was put in a good mood. I think some Bob Marley was on in the background, the waiting rooms are VERY comfortable and with free coffee and wifi that you can take advantage of. Very clean shop and everyone was super friendly. Mark and Jason took care of me so I'd refer them to anyone! They made sure I was comfortable from the get go, updated me during the process and gave me some tips in the end on how to properly use my equalizer and "break in" the sub for longevity. The setup itself is very clean and the placement of everything is on point.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+++ and a customer for life. Well done guys!

Connor and the store staff went above and beyond helping us to have navigation and front/rear camera chosen and installed in our Outback. We hadn't planned on getting it done right away, but they had time available so we took advantage of it. Because we drove that vehicle there and the installation would take a few hours, Connor even drove us home to wait. He and Doug made sure the installation was perfect and spent the time needed to show me how each system works. Connor made sure I was comfortable with basic knowledge of each, helping to download apps and pair with my phone. We will take our other vehicles there for any work like this. The entire staff available when we went in were extremely friendly and worked as a team to help us choose what we wanted. Well done!!!!

Excellent work! Many of the companies will only install dashcams purchased from them. Soundtronics installed my Viofo A119 Mini...FLAWLESSLY! I couldn't be happier. Cost was $140. Well worth it. Their facility is full of "sound toys", and has two recliners in a video room to keep you comfortable if you choose to wait. Great service! Excellent experience!

Doug was very fast. Quoted an hour an he did it in 30 mintues and set my radio up. Mark helped me on the quote and talked me through different radios and now I’m coming back for speakers and eventually more. Great duo and faint wait for the car journey

Great Job! Jon & Roger installed a couple of TV's & surround system in our home & did a great job. They are super smart & patient as they explained all the functions, features & possibilities to expand on the system if we so choose to. We even purchased the TV's through them as they are compatible to the "Big Box" store prices & guarantee their installation. We are now enjoying our TV & movie time again!! Thanks guys!

Doug and Joe did an amazing job on my 2016 Isuzu. I’ve used them in the past but today was truly above my expectations, I had 2 backup cameras installed, 2 screens, and a backup camera installed. Would 100% recommend to others.

OK, there are good people and exceptional ones. Doug and Mark at Soundtronics are exceptional!! I purchased a new Apple Car Play system for my 2012 Mercedes and just WOW!! I had no idea what I needed. They knew exactly and I am so happy!!
